Inuyama (マウンテンドッグ, Mountain Dog), fan nicknamed "Firefly Samurai" is the assassin hired by Sasaki Ryujiro that tried to assassinate Jin. He is voiced by Takaya Hashi in the Japanese version and voiced by Michael Forest in the English dub.
Appearance
Inuyama is a middle aged man with a wrinkly face and brown hair with a medium length pony tail in the back. He wears a blue kimono that reveals his chest, and he wears his sword on his left side.
Personality
Inuyama has a cool headed personality and is a very pleasant man even though he is an assassin. Inuyama has said that, "For me killing is merely just a business, it's nothing personal."
He is a wise man who often pretends to be a Samurai only by name, choosing not to show his true skill with a sword, only until facing his target. He stated to Jin that he might of been able beat him if they were in a dojo.
